I use watercolour to paint my images on to original vintage postcards.

 I love the idea that my paintings are giving these postcards from a bygone age a new lease of life. Some of the messages on the postcards are quite moving and the fact I use watercolour allows the beautiful handwriting to still show through.
I not only paint on vintage postcards, I also paint on watercolour paper so can paint any size you desire.

I love recreating wildlife and have painted the likes of Robins all the way to Giraffes and Sloths for customers.
i absolutely love to paint pets and feel so happy when I’m able to paint a clients pet who has passed away and they are happy with the comfort my paintings can bring, especially when they are on vintage postcards, I think it’s the love that’s also in the postcards that makes them so special.
